Terms & Conditions, Shipping & Returns Policy

By placing an order with The Fat Friendly Outdoorsmen, using this website, submitting payment, or accepting delivery or possession of merchandise purchased from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. All Sales Are Final
Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by The Fat Friendly Outdoorsmen, all sales are final.
Once an order has been processed, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, specifications, compatibility, quantity, caliber, size, color, model, and all other product details before completing an order.
All merchandise is sold as new and in original manufacturer packaging unless the applicable product description specifically states otherwise.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
* Firearms of any type
* Ammunition of any caliber or type
* Custom-made products
* Personalized products
* Engraved products
* Special-order merchandise
* Products modified at the customer’s request
* Products prohibited from being returned by applicable law or regulation
Once a firearm or other regulated item has been transferred to the purchaser, the sale is final.
3. Firearms and Regulated Products
The sale, shipment, possession, transfer, and use of firearms, ammunition, magazines, firearm components, and other regulated products are subject to federal, state, and local laws.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to determine whether a product may lawfully be purchased, possessed, received, transferred, transported, or used in the purchaser’s jurisdiction.
The Fat Friendly Outdoorsmen reserves the right to:
* Refuse or cancel any transaction that may violate applicable law or regulation
* Require government-issued identification
* Require age verification
* Require shipment of firearms to a properly licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (“FFL”)
* Require additional documentation when necessary for regulatory compliance
* Refuse shipment to jurisdictions where a product is prohibited or restricted
* Cancel orders containing products that cannot legally be shipped or transferred to the purchaser
Purchasers may be responsible for transfer fees, background-check fees, governmental fees, taxes, storage fees, or other charges imposed by a receiving FFL or governmental agency.
A purchaser’s inability to legally receive or possess a product does not automatically entitle the purchaser to a refund.
4. Firearm Transfers and Background Checks
Firearms will only be transferred in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Where required, purchasers must successfully complete all necessary documentation, identification requirements, waiting periods, background checks, eligibility requirements, and other legal procedures before taking possession of a firearm.
The Fat Friendly Outdoorsmen does not guarantee that a purchaser will successfully pass a background check or otherwise qualify to receive a firearm.
If a firearm transfer is delayed, denied, rejected, abandoned, or cannot be completed for legal or regulatory reasons, any resulting fees, return-shipping expenses, restocking costs, transfer fees, or other charges may be the responsibility of the purchaser to the extent permitted by law.
5. Ammunition and Restricted Products
Ammunition and other regulated products may be subject to age restrictions, identification requirements, background checks, delivery restrictions, or other legal requirements depending on the purchaser’s location.
We will not knowingly ship or transfer regulated merchandise to a person or location prohibited by applicable law.
The purchaser is responsible for providing accurate information necessary to complete any legally required verification process.
6. Defective Merchandise and Manufacturer Warranties
New merchandise is generally covered by the warranty, if any, provided by the original manufacturer or importer.
Warranty terms vary by manufacturer. Customers should review all warranty information supplied with the product.
Unless otherwise required by law, The Fat Friendly Outdoorsmen does not independently warrant, repair, replace, or refund merchandise because of a manufacturer defect.
If an item is defective upon receipt or develops a defect covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, the customer should contact the manufacturer or importer directly for warranty service, repair, or replacement.
We will provide reasonable product or purchase information when available to assist a customer with a legitimate manufacturer warranty claim.
7. Shipping Damage
Customers should inspect packages and merchandise promptly upon delivery.
If a package appears to have been damaged during shipping:
1. Photograph the exterior packaging before discarding it.
2. Photograph any visible damage to the merchandise.
3. Retain the original packaging and shipping materials.
4. Contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
5. Do not discard damaged merchandise or packaging until the claim has been reviewed.
Shipping-related claims may be handled through the applicable carrier and are subject to the carrier’s claims procedures, insurance terms, and applicable laws.
The Fat Friendly Outdoorsmen may require photographs, documentation, or other information necessary to assist in processing a carrier claim.
8. Shipping Restrictions
Certain products cannot be shipped to particular states, counties, cities, municipalities, territories, or other jurisdictions.
We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or cancel an order when:
* Shipment would violate applicable law
* The purchaser does not meet applicable age requirements
* Required documentation is not provided
* A receiving FFL cannot be verified
* A product is restricted in the destination jurisdiction
* The shipping carrier will not transport the product
* The order presents a fraud, compliance, or safety concern
The purchaser is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and, when applicable, accurate FFL information.
9. Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order before submitting payment.
Please carefully verify:
* Product
* Model
* Caliber
* Quantity
* Size
* Color
* Compatibility
* Shipping address
* Billing information
* Receiving FFL information, when applicable
The Fat Friendly Outdoorsmen is not responsible for customer ordering errors.
10. Pricing and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, specifications, availability, and pricing.
However, errors may occasionally occur.
The Fat Friendly Outdoorsmen reserves the right to correct:
* Pricing errors
* Typographical errors
* Product-description errors
* Inventory errors
* Incorrect specifications
* Website display errors
We may cancel or refuse an order affected by an obvious pricing or product-information error, including after an order has been submitted.
Product photographs are provided for reference. Packaging, markings, accessories, colors, or minor product details may vary when manufacturers make production changes.
11. Inventory and Availability
Products displayed on our website are subject to availability.
Inventory levels may change without notice, particularly for products supplied through distributors or third-party inventory systems.
Placement of an order does not guarantee availability until the order has been accepted and processed.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we may cancel the affected item and issue any refund required for a product we are unable to provide.
12. Order Cancellation
Orders begin processing after they are submitted.
Because many products involve distributor fulfillment, regulated merchandise, custom work, or special ordering, an order may not be cancelable once processing has begun.
Any cancellation accepted by The Fat Friendly Outdoorsmen is at our discretion unless cancellation is otherwise required by law.
13. Fraudulent or Suspicious Transactions
We reserve the right to delay, verify, decline, or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, suspicious, unauthorized, or inconsistent with legal or payment-processing requirements.
Additional identification or verification may be requested before an order is processed.
Providing false information in connection with a firearm or regulated-product transaction may result in cancellation of the transaction and may be reported when required by law.
14. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Customers should contact The Fat Friendly Outdoorsmen before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that we have an opportunity to investigate and address the issue.
Filing a fraudulent or knowingly false chargeback may result in the account or customer being restricted from future transactions and may result in recovery efforts to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in this section limits any rights a consumer may have under applicable law or card-network rules.
15. Product Use and Safety
Firearms, ammunition, knives, pepper sprays, less-lethal products, tools, outdoor products, and other merchandise sold by The Fat Friendly Outdoorsmen can cause serious injury, property damage, or death if handled improperly.
Purchasers are responsible for:
* Reading and following manufacturer instructions
* Using appropriate safety equipment
* Obtaining appropriate training
* Safely storing products
* Preventing unauthorized access
* Ensuring lawful possession and use
* Using products only for their intended purpose
Never use a product in a manner prohibited by the manufacturer or applicable law.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Fat Friendly Outdoorsmen and its owners, employees, agents, affiliates, and representatives are not responsible for injury, death, property damage, loss, or other damages resulting from the improper, negligent, unlawful, unintended, or unauthorized use, possession, storage, modification, or handling of products purchased from us.
The purchaser assumes responsibility for the safe and lawful possession, storage, handling, and use of products after taking possession.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive or limit rights or liabilities that cannot legally be waived or limited.
17. Manufacturer Responsibility
Product specifications, warnings, instructions, recalls, warranty coverage, and manufacturing defects are generally controlled by the applicable manufacturer or importer.
Customers are responsible for reviewing manufacturer safety information and product documentation before use.
Customers should discontinue use of any product that appears unsafe or is subject to a manufacturer recall.
18. Compliance With Law
Customers agree not to purchase, possess, transfer, export, resell, or use products in violation of applicable federal, state, or local law.
By purchasing a regulated product, the customer represents that they are legally permitted to purchase and possess that product.
We reserve the right to request additional information or refuse a transaction when necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, payment-processing requirements, or company policies.
19. Website Use
Customers may not use this website for fraudulent, illegal, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
Customers may not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website, payment systems, inventory systems, or other services used by The Fat Friendly Outdoorsmen.
20. Changes to These Terms
The Fat Friendly Outdoorsmen may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Changes become effective when the revised Terms & Conditions are posted on our website unless otherwise stated.
The terms applicable to a transaction will generally be the terms in effect at the time the order is placed, subject to applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
